Evaluation
- responsible for data integration and reporting from the full portfolio of OCW assessment sources, including web analytics, intercept and supplemental surveys, e-mail feedback, interviews, and internal systems reports
- provided regular management reporting (PDF) for senior management team, publication team, and intellectual property rights team decision-making
- produced annual Evaluation Strategy and Plan, and Annual Report (PDF – 9.2 MB) documenting the progress and impact of OpenCourseWare
- produced interim evaluation reports addressing topics of special interest to the OCW team
Technology Implementation
- maintained mission-critical database supporting workflow for publication and intellectual property rights teams (designed and built system
