  • provided regular management reporting (PDF) for senior management team, publication team, and intellectual property rights team decision-making
  • produced annual Evaluation Strategy and Plan, and Annual Report (PDF – 9.2 MB) documenting the progress and impact of OpenCourseWare
  • produced interim evaluation reports addressing topics of special interest to the OCW team

Technology Implementation

  • maintained mission-critical database supporting workflow for publication and intellectual property rights teams (designed and built system
  • as as Senior Faculty Liaison)
  • completed major migration of database system from FileMaker 5.5 to FileMaker 7.0
  • supervised one consultant responsible for maintenance and enhancement implementation tasks
